Last September, I found a Pit Boss smoker on sale for really cheap in Dallas. I messaged my sister and asked her if her husband would want it. She said, "yes, pick it up for me".
So I did. About a week later, she sent me the money in PayPal to pay me back. She actually didn't pay the taxes. I only tell you that to show how this was just family helping each other out.
Shortly after, I was Permanently Banned from PayPal. I've never been told why. I had PayPal for more than 20 years. I used it to pay my bills and buy eBay items. At the time, I wasn't even a seller on eBay.
In January, I used my Venmo account for the first and only time, to buy a poster. And immediately after it was "frozen" for suspicious "activities".
It is a almost criminal how I can't speak to anyone about this. I tried multiple times at first, before I finally just gave up.
