Wondering if anyone else purchased from bancun decor? It was supposed to be a Christmas ornament. I have been charged but received nothing.

I finally received my 10 ornaments on Jan 28 (ordered on Dec 9). THEY’RE NOT EVEN ASSEMBLED!! They sent me 10 plastic (not ceramic) ornaments with 10 stuff ribbons, 10 mask charms, 10 sunshine charms, and 10 tiny keyring- like metal rings to hold it all together. Are you kidding me.....? So I was going to email them to request a refund but I can’t find an email address in the American alphabet (neither I nor my keyboard recognizes or knows any Chinese). So how do I go about getting my money back? I ordered preassembled ornaments, not this impossible arts and crafts kit that they sent.

Me too I purchased the clear face shields but up to now I have received nothing! No communication!! Just nothing!! I think its a shame that after so many complaints PayPal is still providing their service to this scammer!! PayPal needs to come clean on this one!

I ordered from them on January 12, 2021 and I have not recieved any of the items. Noram I able to speak to anyone as it relates to my order.

Yep... ordered on Jan. 4 and have not received my order.  Waiting for I'm sure a non response from email.  Will file complaint with PP shortly.

Just an update for those of you who bought Christmas ornaments. As noted in my post in January I purchased 4 on 12/9/20. Like the majority I had not yet received the ornaments. I just want you to know that after 2 months I finally received the ornaments...they came from China. I am disappointed it took so long but happy that I got them and will be added to my ornament collection for 2021 Christmas.

I’m pleased one buyer received the ornaments that were ordered; however, Bancun Decor does not appear to be reputable and reliable according to the many posts.  I am disappointed that PayPal continues to keep Bancun Decor as a source for merchandise when time and time again people do not receive their orders.

As displeased as I am with Bancun Decor, I am surprised at PayPal. Have never had any issues with them in the last, and now they seem to be sidestepping the issue. They keep moving the resolution date out further and further. I think it started as January 7, and is now February 12. Every time it gets close to the date, they push it out. I don’t understand why PayPal would continue to support a disreputable company.

I ordered stuff over two months ago and haven’t received it very upset and PayPal isn’t even helping I had another dispute on product that was see-through and I are not supposed to be and they wouldn’t even help me with that situation situation. All I want now as my money back from these two companies one because I’ve never received any of my merchandise in the last two months from them or any notification of why it was being delayed the other was the jeans that are Leggins you put them on and you can see her **bleep** right through them
