I just received a text saying that a Manuel Franco was sending me $50,000 from his almost $1 billion winnings from the Las Vegas lottery over two years ago ! Oh of course after doing everything I could do to try and find out If this person was a scammer! So of course after them telling me in their last text message was to Venmo cash app or PayPal them $200.00 I to receive my $50,000 payment package !!! So needless to say I still have them waiting for my response and because I thought PayPal was too smart for this type of BS PayPal has always treated me well and I would like to help them stop these people because they have to pay it back to me if it is a scam which is one of the main reasons I even use PayPal! So my question is if anyone knows what do I do what should I do what can I do !?! Thanks Dave
