Anybody has similar situation and did you solve it?

We are a new company that just started doing business through PayPal (we opened a web shop in August 2022).
Few days ago (after receiving our first payment) PayPal blocked access to our account with no explanation at all, only that our PayPal account is some threat to them and that they need to protect them from potential financial losses. WFT?!
We really don't know how we can do PayPal business with our customers in the future, given these restrictions.
We already have some funds in the PayPal account that we received as payment for the goods in our webshop.
We hope at least to get instructions about transfer our funds to our bank account. Terrible experience.

Anybody has similar situation and did you solve it? Thank you, bye M
