Hi! Recently I made an account for paypal while UNDER 18 years of age (From U.S.). I completely understand that this was against Paypal's guidelines, but I have funds stuck in my account (around $200) and no way of transferring this money to a card or bank as it gives me errors. Is there anyway to access this money, or do I simply have to wait until I turn 18?

Contact customer services and explain the situation to them. They’ll likely ban the account (if they haven’t already done so) and may have you wait 180 days before you can withdraw.
This is going to sound ridiculous, but I removed my card and bank before receiving money in my account, and then when I tried accepting it, I had to add a bank or card. However, because my identity isn’t verified since im underage, I cant add a bank or card. Would this be fixed when I contact Paypal? (Thanks for the reply by the way :D)
