Account problems

Hello everybody, It seems like my email (not the main email) is used for a paypal account that I do not own. I only have a single account that I have verified and regularly use, I'd like to delete that account, because I have no recollection of every using it nor I can log in into it, It has a number protection on and I cannot log in just by using my other email even after changing the password.Of course the number isn't mine. Paypal support is straight up torturing me, I've tried calling for days and it's always non-working hours for them, I tried online customer service chat but it says its unavailable, what can I do to delete that account? or either get my email off from it? Thanks.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
