Hello there what if the shipping company or the supplier didn't give me the tracking link but I have delivered the all the respective orders of the customers. Will I get my money back in that case? It has been since more than two years my money is on hold but that supplier didn't gave my tracking link and I got stuck due to that but till now not many customers have raised a dispute or claimed their refund..if some of them did ,paypal automatically refunded them.. Its has been more than two year now there is no dispute or refund issue since then.. so can PayPal not understand this situation that there is no refund claim or dispute since two years..can't they realeae my money? Can you clarify on this?please help..

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
