Account limitations

To lift the limitations restrictions on my PayPal account. I have to input the transaction amount PayPal and my bank at that time sent a deposit transaction of less than .50 amount. However the bank that I dealt with on line. BBVA was merged to PNC Bank. I have tried to get the info.. The information is not avail. I have made a resolution char/message to PayPal, on several occasions. They never respond and erase my text. What now. I called entered the 6 digit pass code and was routed to only be hung up on. What now

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues resolving a limitation by confirming your bank. The history of the random deposits should still be in your bank's transaction history. If you're still unable to find the random deposits amounts after reaching out to your bank, our support may be able to resend those deposits. Instead of reaching out via messaging or phone, you may want to try our support teams via Twitter DM or Facebook PM. They should be able to point you in the right direction.
