Account limitations

Hello. Help with solving the problem. Opened an account, added a bank account. After receiving the first money (from the sale) received 180 days. I called support and answered their questions. They promised to send a request for documents by e-mail, but they never sent it. I don’t understand what to do next - either to make a return to the buyer, or to send his purchase. The customer is nervous and so am I.
