I am getting real scared paypal is going to keep me waiting forever to lift my limitations,how can they get away with this,they now say I have changed my address and I haven,t what next weird.
I'm in same boat, waited months for a supposed 5 day review of credit card statement. Sent them several emails got no response and the help topic specifocally says dont bother calling because they cant do anything for you over the phone on this subject. Looks to me like they just trying to steal my money at this point. But they may just be criminally incompetent.
