Hello PayPal Team

I closed my mexican account before I moved to Germany. I opened a new one now and tried to add my new VISA Debitcard. I did not realize that it is temporarly blocked in the bank application at that moment. I tried to add it a few times and then you asked for my passport and bank statement.

After sending you both you closed my account...

Yesterday I unblocked my VISA Debitcard and added it to other applications without problems.

Please help me to get back my Paypal account.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
