Hello PayPal Team I closed my mexican account before I moved to Germany. I opened a new one now and tried to add my new VISA Debitcard. I did not realize that it is temporarly blocked in the bank application at that moment. I tried to add it a few times and then you asked for my passport and bank statement. After sending you both you closed my account... Yesterday I unblocked my VISA Debitcard and added it to other applications without problems. Please help me to get back my Paypal account.
