Goodafternoon. I just wanna ask if Birth certificate would work as alternative for Proof of Identity? Because I don't have valid ID's such as drivers license, passport and the National ID has not been released yet by the government all I have is the transaction slip. I really need the money on my account for New Years Celebration please help me.

How about the account limitation was lifted and still it indicates on my account limited. They already emailed me and still my account is on limitation how can I fix this ? Badly need help
