My PayPal account suddenly is been limited around Oct 2021 because they suspect Fraud but what I do with my account is only receive payment and pay for purchase only.

PayPal not giving me any option to prove that I'm not a fraud and of course reaching them and get them to try to resolve the issue is totally impossible. So I wait for 180 days to pass in hope that I can prove my innocence to them BUT And after 180 days, PayPal has withdrawn all the funds in my account to PayPal's own account. It's very frustrating.

For me I can accept if they want to take some % from the funds as a penalty but taking all the funds is way too much. Especially when they don't try to check and confirm the details before decide to make such a decision. Nor give me the option to withdraw the funds in 180 days times.

Everyone who posts on here about being limited always says that they had broken no rules. However Paypal do not ban you for 0 reason. What would be the point? To be honest they would make far more money from you using your Paypal account than interest on any held / seized one off payments.

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, the account is in your legal name and registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.
