Account Limitation Help

I tried making a PayPal account a few days before my 18th birthday so I could receive money for my birthday however I got denied and my account limited.
Now after my birthday i have provided everything but its stating my only bank statement is not suitable when it clearly is and i have nothing else. What do i do?

hello @JR21Racing , you must be of legal age on the date of opening the paypal account.
paypal needs your copy of the front and back of the identity card, to verify your date of birth.

bank statement why do with?

recover the funds, that paypal would have blocked on the account?

Is the folder restriction solved or not?

I need to use a bank statement because i dont have centerlink or anything else like that to use

and therefore paypal authorizes you to recover the funds, yes or no?

when paypal releases the funds, it indicates the means to be used for this.
depending on the country, to your bank account, to your bank card, or to a new paypal account.
