Kindly i need your support from your personal experience.
I have sold my gift card voucher on Ebay website and i have received the money on my PayPal account.
after two months this person he said that he didn't buy anything from me and he reject the transaction and my PayPal account balance are in negative.
today afternoon i have received a call from Phone Number **bleep** and he said that he is from PayPal customer service and i found that he is not and he is Lying.
PayPal now they make my account balance in Negative and they beleave this person who is stole the gift card and now they return the money to him and make my balance in negative !!
Please i need an urgent help and support to protect my self and i need advice from all of you.
i dont know to to get touch with anyone direct from the customer service and how to explain this issue in professional way to stop this person. so please help me.
