4 payement 3 fail but charge for me 4

I used Paypal to purchase the products in games and I have paid 4 times only succeed once, only one email of the payment history in my email box both Paypal and the game, but the bank charged me 4 times. How can I refund the fail payment.

If they are pending in your bank account then talk to your bank about voiding the surplus payments?
