pending payment but no cancel button showing

i placed an order on ebay and within an hour of paying with paypal it showed as removed by ebay due to suspicious account activity and the payment i sent showed as unclaimed , it still is showing pending and i cant cancel the payment , i cant open a dispute or cancel the sale ???? how do i get the money back ???
