paypal integration with Google Sites

I have built a Google Sites website with a Google Forms shopping page and need to find a way of connecting my Paypal so that people can pay for their items.  It looks as though Google Sites had a Gadget a few years ago that worked with Google Sites but I can not find it in the New Google Sites.

I would recommend reaching out to the Google Forms support team to request information if this functionality still exists.
