Where has everything gone? - No Apps in my Dashboard anymore

Pretty much as the title says:   I've created a couple of Apps and yet suddenly they are not within the account.

Where have they gone?

WHY have they gone?

My sandbox accounts all seem to have gone too...

Any help or advice would be gratefully received.
