I have integrated my app with PayPal web hooks and IPN. When i try with web hook simulator and IPN simulator, it works fine and my receiver code handles the data. But when i do the payment or make subscription web hook events or IPN calls are not triggered.
I could see the list of web hook events in the developer site as pending. That too only for Billing Created status. Is there any delay associated.
@meiyappan1984, were you able to sort what was happening? Please share your conclusions. I'm having the same trouble, I found a lot of questions related but no answer.
