System error on sandbox subscription approval

Since Jan 6th, 2022 15:00 UTC I receive a "System error" when I try to approve a subscription plan by a sandbox personal account. After login, payment selection source should appear (i.e. bank account or credit card). Instead I receive the following message:

Before Jan 6th, 2022 15:00 UTC subscription approval procedure works well.
