Sometimes I have problem with https://sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_express-checkout&token=

Message: NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

On Mac I cann't get access to PayPal.

Maybe I need something change?

Check the cert details - The domain name on the cert should match the domain name shown in the address bar of your browser.
