Sandbox isn't working again

Hello!

Today the sandbox at "https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" is consistently showing: "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."

The thing I find hard to understand is why such a big company can't keep the Sandbox environment working properly for long periods? I have a feeling that every couple of days there are problems with the sandbox environment.
