Sandbox Paypal IPN in queue status

Hi everyone,

yesterday i was working at my project but there was a problem: my databaste did't recive any ipn messages form paypal after a paypal completed echeck. I saw on my testing sandbox business profile that all ipn message are in queue. I surfed on the net to search how to fix it because my website need an "istant payment notification", so i didn't find anything that can help me. Please answer me as soon as possible how i can correct it.
P.s. i checked out: i have ipn activated and also i tryed to set notify_url variable in a test button but nothing happened. ipn rest in queue.

Yes, there was a backlog on the 7th February which has now been cleared.

The same issue seems to be back. Sandbox IPN status is Queued. Affected me the other day, then seems to have worked fine yesterday, but appears to be back.

 

The other day it was in the queue for about 3h before being sent, now I have one IPN queued for about 45 min now, yet to resolve.

It appears that all of my notifications are stuck in a queued state.  This have been going on for the last 10 hours.  Is there something I need to do to resolve this issue?

Hello,

There was an issue on the date you specified which caused a backlog for IPN delivery. The issue has since been resolved.

We're looking into the cause of this issue to prevent further occurrences.
