Reset application / developer account - new application see old products.

Hi.
I Created one application form Subscription in sandbox PayPal, to test API using postman.
After that, I created another application, because I Want to have "clear data", without old products, billing plans etc.
And Now, when I trying to create a subscription, I go "error in payment", when I try to get all billing plans and product from new Application, in response I have information with new and OLD products and in dashboard, I can't see any sending webhooks.
Is there is an option to reset developer account, all products, plans, subscriptions, application?

Hello,
No, you can't "reset" a developer account.
You can first delete the REST application and then delete the sandbox account which was associated with the REST app and this should clear all data.
Create a new sandbox account, then create a new REST app and link the two.
