For sandbox testing, there are no fees per say as all the transactions involve virtual money.

You will see transaction fees when conducting test transactions, as the environment is attempting to simulate our production environment where real fees would be charged, but as all the transactions in our sandbox environment are virtual, there is no "real world" money involved.
