Preapproved payment

In sandbox environment , When i click on "Agree & subscribe " button i got error "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later." & when i intercept the request i found that this request failed "https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/webapps/billing/api/billagmt/subscriptions/v1/BA-2P6641926U701271S/ac..."
it returns error code 500 "Unhandled api error" .

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community.

Its possible your sandbox account is not setup for Reference Transactions. If you are attempting to create a billing agreement for future payments, or reference transactions you can receive that error message.

Can you please comment your merchant id for your sandbox account, and I can ensure the Reference Transactions is enabled on the Sandbox Account.
