Clicking on PayPal smart subscribe button using sandbox URL returning 500 (Internal Server Error). It worked till yesterday

This is the error I'm getting:

Are you still experiencing 500 errors with your Subscription Integration?

If you didn't make any changes its possible that the issue was related to a service disruption.

There have been a few Service Disruptions that were giving 500 errors:
