When I change sandbox mode to live then trigger payout that situation I was received below error from paypal
PAYOUT Failed: Authentication Error

I had been checked paypal permission status from paypal (my account) but payout mode is not enabled like below screenshots

Payouts are not enabled on production PayPal accounts by default, you would need to request access to this product for your account.
