Need help enabling the require billing address option.

Hi there,

we are getting this error message while using the Sandbox Account:

<ShortMessage xsi:type="xs:string">Request for billing address failed</ShortMessage>
<LongMessage xsi:type="xs:string">Billing address request is not enabled for merchant</LongMessage>
<ErrorCode xsi:type="xs:token">11601</ErrorCode>

Please help us to enable the "require billing address" Option for our sandbox business account with ID = NNNELYA47J4T2
