Issue with Paypal Checkout

I have implemented a Paypal checkout button on my environment. Once I hit the checkout button and go to log into an account to pay for an item I get the message:

'Things don’t appear to be working at the moment.' Please try again.

This is the first I have seen this in a few days of working on integration. Yesterday I was working on the site without issue, but today suddenly this message pops up each time I attempt to log into a sandbox account.

Is anyone else facing this issue suddenly?

11:05 PST -> looks like the whole paypal developer site has gone down. maybe its a server is being worked on or something is happening. I guess it's not just me ...

The only oddity I've noticed is that after some time there is a network error thrown with this:

I'm experiencing same issue:

This error appears in the console log after 1 or 2 minutes after the React PayPalButton renders. Is there a fix for this?  I'm experiencing issue of PayPalButtons disappearing after some milliseconds they show up and then disappear, I'm suspecting may be to exceptions not handled properly.
