Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community.
The funds in Sandbox are virtual funds. What that means is that no real money movement takes place. Any funds in the sandbox account is not real money and cannot be moved to a live PayPal Account, since real financials were never processed.
If you have a developer account you can link the Sandbox account and then confirm the sandbox email.
Here is how:
- Log into the Developer Dashboard at https://developer.paypal.com
- Click on Testing Tools
- Click Sandbox Accounts
- Click Link other Sandbox accounts to this developer account
- Log into your sandbox account
- Agree to link it
After it is linked you can log into the sandbox account and resend the confirmation email:
- Go to https://sandbox.paypal.com
- Log into your sandbox account
- Hover over the name at the top right
- Click on Account Settings
- Click on Account owner information
- Click Update next to Email
- Click resend confirmation
To confirm the email:
- Go back to the Developer Dashboard
- Click on Testing Tools
- Click on Sandbox Notifications
- You should see the email confirmation
- Click on the link to confirm the email
