IPN has stopped working in the sandbox

It appears that IPN has stopped working in the sandbox this morning.  It was working correctly yesterday evening.

My notify URL is not being called, and transactions are no longer being listed in the IPN history.  (They are listed up until yesterday.)

This is making testing impossible.

Having the same issue here. Tried creating a new sandbox account and still having the same issue.

The problem seems to have fixed itself now, fortunately. 

It looks as if the IPN just froze for a couple of hours, for some reason.

A bit worrying that this can happen -- but at least a delay of a couple of hours is better than IPN not working at all!
