Hi Support, 

Having issues with Sandbox Paypal Pro.

Getting error: 

This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions. (Transaction Error) something is wrong.

I have checked settings in Developer and it says Paypal Pro is enabled.  

Can you let me know what is happening here ?

This error could also be a decline of sorts.
Would you have an EC-Token to take a look?
