Enable the return of billing address

Hi, I need help activating the return of billing address functionality for a sandbox account. Could someone please enable this for me? Seller Account ID: 4QB3CBUPXV9LS

I can only assist with sandbox account requests / issues.

For production account requests / issues, you would need to reach out to our customer service team and advise them you want the buyer's billing address returned for transactions and they should understand what you're referring to. Escalate as necessary within the customer service team.

but I am not able to obtain all information about user especially adress.
