I am doing an integration between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Paypal, This integration requires enable retrieve customers billing address and phone number.
I would like to have this configuration in my sandbox for testing
My sandbox account id is: 88TWTJX52QBE6
ALSO i would ask if there is a guide or steps to request this configuration for production environment, i had problems asking this configuration with the paypal support team. Something like the technical name of the configuration could work.

Hello,
Thanks for sharing the merchant id for your sandbox business account.
I've enabled the return of the buyer's billing address and phone number on the account as requested.
In regards to requesting the same for a production account, you should only need to ask them to enable the return of the buyer's billing address and they should know what you're referring to. If the person doesn't understand what you're asking, ask for the request to be escalated to a team lead or supervisor and they should be able to action the request.
The return of the phone number is something which can be enabled within the account, you don't need to contact us to request this. Go to the "website payment preferences" section, which can be found within the "account settings" of a business account and you'll see the option to request or require a phone number from the buyer.
