Enable Recurring Payments for Sandbox Account

Hello MerchatTechnicalSupport,

Can you please enable my sandbox account so it able to process recurring payments. Below is my account information.

I see what reccuring payments work, but i can't see ipn notification about this transactions.

Sandbox recurring payments is not sending the IPN notifications. Can i see ipn messages on sandbox account's?
