Enable Recurring Payments (Reference Transactions) for Sandbox Account

Can you please enable recurring payments (Reference transactions) for the below sandbox merchant account?

Hello,

Reference transactions are enabled on all sandbox accounts by default, you don't need to take any further action.

Hi,

We have same problem on sandbox account. We recieve this error :

Any suggestions? Is necessary to configure reference transactions on your side?
