Cannot verify my sandbox account's email address

I created a sandobx account (different email than this account). I've been trying to verify the email to start testing, but I am not getting the verification email even when requesting it to be re-sent. I've checked my spam folder and everything. The email address is a normal Gmail address and other mail is being delivered as usual.
How can I verify the email address for a sandbox account?

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Merchant Community.
The email on your sandbox account, 5XZCJG48N5SUS, is confirmed. The confirmation emails are not to the email, however, if the account is associated with your developer dashboard then you can view all email notifications.
Here is how to view email notifications in sandbox:
- Log into the developer dashboard at https://developer.paypal.com
- Click on Test Tools
- Click on Sandbox Notifications
- Choose your sandbox account from the drop down
- Click search and your most recent sandbox emails should display
