Broken link for encrypted payment settings in sandbox

I am trying to upload a new SSL certificate but cannot because the link to encrypted payment settings (https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_profile-website-cert) on the account settings page (https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/businessmanage/account/website) in the sandbox is broken.
Without this I can't encrypt the data that I send to Paypal.
This problem is occurring only in the Sandbox, not the Live environment.

This functionality has been depreciated and is no longer available.
Manually encrypting buttons is a very old process and has since been replaced by payment buttons hosted at PayPal (hosted payment buttons) which are automatically encrypted.
Thanks !

Justin
Thanks for letting me know.
Yesterday the page https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_profile-website-cert in the live Paypal site still existed. But I've just tried it today, and it has disappeared. So I assume this means that the functionality has been deprecated there too (as well as in the sandbox). However, that does not explain why there is still a link to it on the Website Payments page.
It's a great pity I was not aware of this at the beginning of the pandemic, when I had no customers and would have had plenty of time to recode and test my website. Now I need to get my site up and running in the next couple of weeks, and I've got to learn a completely different way of processing payments.

"I've got to learn a completely different way of processing payments"
The method of processing the payments is the same, the thing which has changed is how you create the buttons which enable customers to make payments to you.
Hosted buttons are much easier to both create and maintain, as they are stored within your account where you can easily locate and modify them as needed. You will only need to create the buttons you need and copy / paste the button code into your site.
I'd personally recommend using smart payment buttons, they are our newest solution and will be supported for a long time.

Encrypted website payments are now depreciated, but you may as you mentioned still see links / references to this solution until we can completely remove them all, which is currently in progress.
Thanks !

Justin,
Thanks for your advice.
Yes. I've started looking at the documentation in a bit more detail, and it's not quite as daunting as I first thought! The first one I looked at had a lot of Javascript, which rather worried me...

Yes, if you look at the code samples I can understand how they might appear to be daunting. Using the facility available in the account makes it much easier to create one of these smart payment buttons, they are as easy to create as an older buy now or add to cart button.
Thanks !
