We've had multiple customers tell us that when they're trying to complete payment in the popup modal, that the blue spinning wheels just keeps spinning and they have no choice but to close the modal and and do it again - resulting in 2 payments most of the time.
I can't believe they're all having internet issues.
What's happening and is there a way we can prevent this?
I kindly suggest that you create an MTS ticket via the following URL - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US . It is important to provide detailed information and error details when submitting the ticket.

I have repsonded to the email 3 times with no reply from Paypal as yet....
The main issue with all this, is that users are closing the modal before it has a chance to redirect back to the site and we can then store the info in our back end.
In the old way of doing this, they completed the transaction on our site and so we could store the info immediately, now if they close the modal we have nothing.
