PayPal express checkout integration and payment review

I am trying to integrate express checkout by following this guide. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/

However, the guide does not say anything about payment review.

I used to integrate paypal with the old method and paypal would notify me with webhook when payment review is done. Does it still happen?
