I am trying to use multiple vendor processing? How to use multiple payee with the Create method?

I am trying to process a multiple payee in my project. Suppose I have 100 USD, Now I need to send 40 to one user, another 40 to another user and rest to another user at same time after payment checkout from paypal.

I am not able to process multiple payee at the same time. 

How could we achieve this feature?
