406 Error Coming & Cart id

I am facing a 406 issue when using the JavaScript PayPal SDK. when click on pay by paypal button then open popup & automatically off & showing below mention detail. Please provide me with a solution

Experiencing the same thing with JavaScript SDK. Same setup where vault:true&intent=subscription

Subscription is created but is stuck on APROVAL_PENDING. Window to enter details closes after an error on cartid request

Was okay this morning. Started getting this error around 3hrs ago

For me it returns with http 500 but with the same error message. Is it normal that the sandbox sometimes doesn't work?

I am seeing this also.  The error appears to be originating in ngr1Captcha.min.js.  It started July 26th then went away, and now has been back for about 24 hours.
