Account Restricted / Help Needed

To whom it may concern and able to help !

Hello, 

Briefly the situation :

1. recently my company's paypal account was suspended / restricted > i did not understand why...

2. i logged in and tried to unlock my business account filling out company information and so on.

3. providing information on owners / our company is not possible via the link provided, i experience many bugs

- company info / owner's info are not working properly

- i get error messages when trying to update information

- why does my address appear 4x times ? unable to remove extra ones

- company owner appears 3x times

4. i tried the chat assistance - as stated on contact us > no reply at all...

5. i called on 26.11.2020 Paypal France located in Nanterre for nearly an hour at international phone rate : I had a person on the phone who was unable to help !

During the call i realized what the problem was : 

My wife opened another account with the same name / cell phone but different address.

The same person's name associated with 2x different work locations 

Both accounts are blocked - Anyone able to help out there - please get back to me,

this is a forum, and your restriction is only managed by paypal customer service.

the phone has been suspended since the pandemic /

by message, from help and contact / and by social networks, it's the same.
