Make Statements easier to find

Every month when I get the email that says a new statement is available, I login to the web site (never click a link in an email, that is not secure), and search for the statements. They are hard to find, because they are under the "gear" icon, which normally means "settings" and is not where I would expect to find statements.  Please put a link to Statements in a more obvious place.
