My account has been limited, APPARENTLY! I have done something outside the user agreements? I have had paypal for years and have not done anything different or changed anything,, i can seem to do anything, very frustrated, can anyone help me please.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
