From a transaction I made with a unnamed company, this company without my knowledge set up recurring payments. Lucky for me I caught it, so I called Paypal and asked them to make my account so no one can ever do this. When I called, I was told, thats the way it is, so, it's up to me to watch my account so no one else does this. I just want to say that is messed up!!! There is nothing to stop any Company, or I guess anyone to set this up and get payments from me as long as I have money to cover it I guess. I've been with Paypal for along time and if this is true, I'm going to close my account for sure.
