I found how to login and know how to get to the submit site of www.x.com (to submit your app) (https://www.x.com/developers/paypal/a...)
but when i click submit app it asks for paypal login, i fill that in
When it is login in i press on a tab and then it says: "Your session has timed out. Please return to the merchant's site, then log in again."
How to fix that?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
